I was thinking a ratings system might be nice, like an official rating for each RP by the match writers or something, stating pros and cons or whatnot....

Really, I think people just need to put more effort into their reviews. It's not that hard to say 3/5 stars and here's why. I try to point out at least one pro and con per RP myself, but even then sometimes don't. So if you have suggestions for good things for people to look for while reviewing an RP, that'd be cool; and if not, I'm sure everyone here is quite able to write up more than AWESOME DUDE!!1!
